Marc Dambax is the chef and with his wife Shellie are owners(Fall, 2000) of Brevard's Hobnob Restaurant.

If you have eaten there recently you certainly have discovered the fine food and service that they have brought to Western North Carolina! Previously they were the owners of the Market East Bistro in Charleston, SC.

The Taste of Brevard in 06 presented them with "Best Presentation" and "Best Desserts".

Come on in and read the rave reviews they are getting now in Brevard!!! At a recent appearance at the 2004 Brevard Music Festival, composer Marvin Hamlisch told the audience that he had just had a most delightful meal at a wonderful restaurant in town -- Hobnob. And coming from a well-traveled New Yorker, everyone at Hobnob took that as quite a compliment!
